Favinger Photography | The Photography of Richard Favinger, Jr.

Photo Fridays 11/14/2008

So, we’ll try something a little different… Every week, on a Friday, I’ll search my archive of photos, recent or past and post a selection of, what I think to be note worthy images… Shall we start?

Victory in Defeat

Classic Quarterback

Raw Power...

If your wondering, photo #3 “Raw Power…” yes, that is spit flying from the kids mouth.

So, what do you think? Leave your comments for the post!

Message from Rich

On November 3rd, 2008 my father, Rich Sr. was diagnosed with lung cancer. Do to this trying time, the posting of any images will be significantly delayed; for the next few weeks, at least. We do hope you understand.

Thank you for all your support in our families time of need.

Sincerely,
Richard D. Favinger, Jr.

Pottstown 5th-6th Grade Cross Country

Photos from the Pottstown Middle School and Elementary Boys and Girls Cross Country Exhibition Run have now been posted.

Why not me?

Though I shoot many community and school events. Eventually some one always asks…

Why aren’t the photos of _____ event available on your web site?

Some events we shoot are simply for fun, and the simple enjoyment of photography. Others, photos may not have turned out as we would have liked, or only a small handful of images were acceptable. Remember, I don’t work for any one, thus I am not paid to cover community and school events.

Many small events (like school functions) we will shoot if we have nothing better to do, or at request of the yearbook staff. Images are then provided to the yearbook director, but may not be posted to buy on-line.

If you want to hire me, as a personal photographer, your welcome to call for more information.

If an event is major enough, and worth posting to buy, we will do so.

Thank you for your understanding.
